HOBBY AND PROFESSION

When we think of hobby and profession, we tend to fuse them together and form an assumption that one can easily succeed if he or she chooses his or her hobby as his or her profession. Though majority of the people holds strongly this belief, I simply oppose it. I am not action as the greatest rebellion to this concept; rather I am expressing what is known as FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION.
I believe that the profession chosen must not be based on one’s hobby. My clarification regarding this is that hobbies are meant for soothing people. People opt for hobbies so that they can perform those activities during their leisure time. People regard their hobbies as the best way to refresh their minds.
I want to ask that what those people would do, which even after continuing their hobbies as their profession, is left with spare time. Most probably they would answer that they would be engrossed within their profession even in their leisure time. But I say that it’s not very good to limit yourself within a cube.
We have been blessed with sensory organs and a world to sense. How could we ignore it? I am a profound advocator of CHANGE. I would suggest these people to bring variety in their personal attributes. MAKE VARIETY THEIR HOBBY.
I can prove that economically it is better to have multi talented personality, rather then being attached to a single profession. For instance, if a person has interest in gardening he or she makes a very good career on the field of gardening. This may be due to economic growth or simply innovation introduced by that individual. But if any crisis deepens within that particular sector, the destiny of that individual is doomed.
But if a person is multi talented, he or she can make the most of in what so ever consequences. I would not like to show off, but I am talking on this because I am practically going through my philosophy. By profession I am related to the field of finance. As for part time, I am working as a Freelance Academic Writer. My interest and hobbies include using PC, surfing over the internet, looking into the latest gadget and gizmos, last but not the least watching Nat geo and Discovery (more particularly engineering and car shows). Apart from that I have craze for cars and I am an inborn artist (though did not get attention to develop :p ). Keep in mind that by Finance is my profession, but my interest and hobbies led me to do some crazy things, like Mobile Repairing course, sketch out car models, etc. If I have nothing to do, I listen to the music
Due to all this I feel very handy. I know that being engaged with a variety of disciplines always keep me fresh as I always have many things to do. My orientation towards CHANGE has made me to think from diverse viewpoints and apply them in the best way I can.
So that was my thought concerning hobby and profession. I hope so I have made room for criticisms. You are most welcome to comment.

SELFLESS LOVE

Human being is surrounded by a lot of relations. Every relation has obvious and certain expectations from oneself. Few days back I was watching a News Channel and found out that Mother's day was being celebrated. I wondered that why do we need a particular day to remember our mom???

Are we dependent on any specific day to acknowledge what ever our mom has done for us? I believe we do not need any day to praise our mom.. Our mom did for us, does for us, and will continue to do for us, as long we live. the unending love of our mom will continue. It will persist through out our whole life, be it the worldly life or live after hereafter.

As i was still wondering on Mother's Day, I started to think about dad too.. On that particular day I ended up deciding that something has to be written by me for my parents. Both, mom and dad are the precious part of the life. One cannot live easily without any of them. Both equally contribute towards the personality development of an individual.

So was the case with me. I started analyzing what could be the possible difference between this relation and the other relations. I concluded that every relation in this world demands something from you. Your friend's circle has definite criteria to be fulfilled. Our relatives, teachers, colleagues, seniors, juniors, and even strangers expects something (and sometimes a lot)from us. We end our lives in meeting the demands of our relations.

But what we forget are the demands of our parents. We mostly take our parents for granted. We seldom think of loosing them. We often overlook the expectations of our parents. We mostly fail to identify the significance of their demands. They want us to do like this and that. We take this as a burden. But this is the only relation in the world that demands from you not for themselves, but for your well being ultimately.

This is what I called the difference between parents and other relations. It is what I call an immense degree of self love. The expectations of our parents are in the end fruitful for us. If they want us to do something, it is not for their benefit. It is actually for our betterment. We fail to recognize that what is hidden in our parent's expectations and commands is the well being of their child....
